I was out walking on Sunday afternoon and I met a neighbour who has advanced glaucoma. He knows I work in the eye clinic and he started to tell me about his experiences with different consultants/doctors. Some of his feedback about certain clinicians was less than favourable due to poor communication .
He could not praise Mr Ressiniotis enough. He spoke about your patience and kindness at a time which has been very difficult for him as he has had to give his job up and stop driving due his diagnosis.
It may me proud to work in a team with clinicians such as yourself in it.
